Mindframe Psychology Centre offers dedicated specialty programmes for populations with unique psychological needs: WSIB clients, first responders, veterans and military personnel, and elite athletes. Our clinicians do not just understand these communities, they have worked within them.
Workplace injury & return-to-work
Psychological assessment and therapy for workplace injuries, rehabilitation, and return-to-work support under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
Trauma-informed, confidential care
Confidential psychological care for police officers, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and corrections officers, delivered by clinicians who understand the culture.
Support after service
Specialized psychological support for Canadian Armed Forces veterans and active military personnel navigating transition, trauma, and life after service.
Performance, recovery, and mental edge
Performance psychology, mental resilience, injury recovery, and sport-related mental health support for competitive and elite athletes.
A police officer does not explain what it is like to work a critical incident to a clinician who has never set foot in that world. An elite athlete does not translate the pressure of Olympic selection to a therapist who has only read about sport. A veteran should not have to educate their psychologist about military culture.
At Mindframe, our specialty programmes are grounded in real experience. Our senior clinical team has worked within police services and correctional institutions for decades. Our understanding of first responders, justice-involved individuals, and high-performance environments is built on direct professional exposure, not textbook knowledge alone.
That background allows our clinicians to engage authentically, build trust faster, and provide care that is genuinely calibrated to the world you actually live and work in.
