Evidence-based couples therapy with our registered clinicians. In-person in Mississauga and virtual across Ontario.
Who it's for: Relationships are often where we feel the deepest connection and also the most pain. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, emotional distance, or repeated misunderstandings. Couples therapy at Mindframe provides a structured, safe space where both partners can be heard, underlying dynamics can be understood, and new ways of relating can be practised. Multiple clinicians on our team offer couples therapy, specializing in Gottman Method couples therapy and Emotional Focused couples therapy.
