Founder, Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Neuropsychologist and Forensic Psychologist
As the founder of Mindframe Psychology Centre, I provide psychological assessment and treatment services across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults, couples, families, and seniors. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful psychological care must consider the whole person, their environment, their relationships, and their life story across time.
Many of the individuals and families I work with are navigating complex emotional, behavioural, cognitive, or relational challenges that have impacted daily functioning, wellbeing, or quality of life. Others come seeking clarity through comprehensive psychological or neuropsychological assessment to better understand attention, memory, learning, mood, personality, or cognitive changes. My goal is to provide clear understanding, practical direction, and evidence-based care that supports both insight and meaningful change.
I specialize in psychological and neuropsychological assessment and treatment across the lifespan, with extensive experience working with complex clinical presentations. I also provide forensic and correctional psychological services, including assessment and consultation within legal and justice-related contexts. Over more than 30 years, I have worked in a police service, correctional institutions, hospitals, community mental health agencies, universities, and private practice settings, giving me a broad and deeply informed perspective on human behaviour across systems.
A key area of my work includes supporting first responders, including police, paramedics, fire, and correctional officers who often experience high levels of pressure, exposure to trauma, and unique occupational stressors. My work in sport psychology also includes supporting elite athletes in strengthening performance mindset, resilience, emotional regulation, recovery, and the psychological skills required for high-level competition. I am also particularly interested in forensic neuropsychology, working with individuals with complex psychological and neurocognitive needs within the legal and correctional systems. Across all areas of practice, I am committed to thorough, thoughtful, and ethically grounded assessment and treatment.
My approach is evidence-based, integrative, and tailored to each client's needs. I draw from clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and forensic psychology to ensure that both assessment and treatment are comprehensive, accurate, and clinically meaningful. I aim to translate complex psychological findings into clear, practical recommendations that clients, families, and professionals can understand and use.
As a South Asian psychologist and the founder of Mindframe, I also bring a culturally responsive lens to my work. I recognize the importance of culture, identity, family systems, and lived experience in shaping psychological wellbeing and how individuals make sense of their challenges. I am committed to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in an understanding of all diverse backgrounds.
In addition to clinical work, I provide consultation, supervision, workshops, and training to professionals and organizations. I am passionate about advancing high-quality psychological care and supporting clinicians and systems in delivering effective, ethical, and compassionate services.
Clients often describe my approach as thorough, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a strong focus on clarity and practical understanding. Whether through assessment or therapy, my goal is to help clients and families make sense of what they are experiencing and move forward with greater insight and confidence.
