Family, Children and Youth Therapy
Specialized therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Mississauga, Ontario. Supporting young people and the families around them through the challenges that matter most. In-person and virtual across Ontario.
Who it's for: When a young person is struggling, it rarely stays contained to just one person in the family. Parents often describe feeling worried, exhausted, or unsure how to help, while teens may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from the people who care about them most. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where young people and families feel heard and supported as they work through challenges together, building stronger communication, reduced conflict, and a renewed sense of connection.
You don't have to figure this out alone.

Our approach
A grounded, evidence-based process, shaped around who you are and what you need.

- 01
Warm and non-judgmental
Our registered therapists bring a warm, non-judgmental approach to working with adolescents, helping young people and families shift from judgment and conflict toward understanding, accountability, and growth by addressing the unmet needs, emotional pain, or past experiences behind behaviour.
- 02
Individualized and evidence-based
Our registered clinicians draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy, so young clients build practical strategies that support emotional regulation, resilience, and healthier relationships.
- 03
Youth justice and complex needs
Our registered therapists have particular experience supporting high-risk youth and families facing complex challenges, including behavioural concerns, trauma, substance use, emotional dysregulation, court involvement, and difficult life circumstances, bringing a uniquely informed perspective on the systems young people encounter.
- 04
Culturally responsive care
Our registered therapists bring a culturally responsive and inclusive approach with particular awareness of the experiences of racialized communities and multicultural families, a space where clients from all backgrounds feel respected and understood, and where young people and families can show up fully as themselves without judgment.
